FIRST CONSULTATION
Choosing a Personal Trainer is a very personal decision. It can be both exciting and nerve-racking. Schedule a 30-minute Initial Consultation to put your mind at ease, and at absolutely no cost!
You will have my complete, undivided attention. We will review your Fitness by Fredricks Initial Consultation Form together. This form will be emailed to you ahead of time for your convenience and preparedness.
You will have the opportunity to ask me questions, express your concerns, and share your goals while I learn more about your fitness, nutrition, and life experiences.

WHERE DO I TRAIN MY CLIENTS?
You will train with me at Strike First Gym, a private training facility located in the East Bay of California in Pleasant Hill.
It features state of the art equipment, and a clean, friendly environment.
You will learn about the principal of "training specificity" which means how to work a specific muscle, body part, or skill, and what that's going to improve.
The objectives for Fitness by Fredricks Training Sessions include:
Identify your workout days and workout sessions based on how often you will hit the gym.
Use a variety of equipment at Step It Up Gym as well as how to best use it.
Perform sets and reps of exercises based on your fitness goals, for example, strength, mobility, muscle size, or fat loss.
Structure your workouts to perform both large complex moves and specific isolation moves.
Determine what the best exercises are for you by goal and body part.
Switch things up so that you continually benefit from your workout sessions.
After working out with me at Strike first Gym, you feel motivated to train like a fitness competitor!

When I reached out to Inger, I was pushing close to my highest weight AGAIN. I never knew I could weigh less and have muscle definition.
